Easy Cookie Pops (from box cake mix)

Ingredients

1 box of funfetti cake mix (I used the Valentine's box but any works!)

1/3 cup oil

2 eggs

popsicle sticks

1 container of funfetti or vanilla icing

1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

2. In a bowl mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil until dough is formed

3. Roll about an inch-inch 1/2 sized ball into hands. Press gently to flatten dough to insert popsicle stick through and almost to the top.

4. Lay on cookie sheet. Make sure not to cram the cookie pops so they do not bake together. This may take a few batches. 

5. Bake for 10 minutes. When I take them out of the oven, I take the bottom of a spatula and flatten the cookies. 

6. Let cool before decorating.

7. ICE, ADD SPRINKLES, AND ENOY!!!!!!

Additionally, you may let the icing set for a few hours or over night then individually package them. I use clear treat bags, cut them a bit shorter, put the bag over top the cookie, and tie them with string or ribbon.
